This is what you will be doing As a Private Client Lawyer, your day-to-day duties will include:- Managing your own caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and attorneyship work.Meeting and advising clients face to face, by telephone and in writing, delivering a high standard of client care throughout.Progressing matters efficiently, making best use of administrative support and keeping clients regularly informed on progress and costs.Supporting the wider Private Client team with business development, marketing initiatives and helping to raise the department''s profile ..... full job details .....
