Private Client Fee Earner

Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position.

Our client, a long established general legal practice in Doncaster who deal with a wide area of law including Residential Conveyancing, Commecial Property, Private Client, Litigation and Family are now looking for-an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join their team.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload including the following matters -

• Drafting and advising on a range of wills
• Probate
• Estate administration
• LPAs
• Court of Protection
• Trusts

Essential Experience

• Knowledge of Wills, Probate and Estate administration, LPAs, Court of Protection and Trusts
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Clear verbal and written communication skills

A suitable candidate for this role will have at least-1 years PQE however, candidates that fall outside this criteria but have relevant knowledge and experience will also be considered.

They expect the candidate to be able to work relatively autonomously.- Support will, however, be available when needed.-

Most working patterns will be considered and working in-office is preferred, however, there is a hybrid option available of 1 day per week working from home.

Benefits include:

24 days holiday plus bank holidays. A further day after 5 years service and again after 10 years service. Standard NEST pension.
