Print Room Operative

We’re on the lookout for Print Room Operatives to join our client’s team in Witney. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company within the automotive industry, offering long-term prospects and a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities as a Print Room Operative:

• Mixing inks to precise specifications for automotive printing processes
• Following formulas, batch instructions, and production schedules accurately
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure colour consistency and product standards are met
• Maintaining accurate records for traceability and process control
• Working closely with production teams to meet output targets
• Keeping the work area clean, organised, and compliant with safety procedures

Skills and Attributes Required:

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow strict processes and procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to learn technical processes, including colour matching and ink systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Practical and hands-on approach, with the ability to stand for long periods and handle materials safely
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards

The Details:

• Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 5:30pm
• Based in Witney
• Long-term, temporary-to-permanent opportunity
• £13.41 per hour
• Paid overtime available, including up to double pay on Sundays
