This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company within the automotive industry, offering long-term prospects and a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate.No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.Responsibilities as a Print Room Operative: Mixing inks to precise specifications for automotive printing processesFollowing formulas, batch instructions, and production schedules accuratelyCarrying out quality checks to ensure colour consistency and product standards are metMaintaining accurate records for traceability and process controlWorking closely with production teams to meet output targetsKeeping the work area clean, organised, and compliant with safety procedures Skills and Attributes Required: Excellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow strict processes and proceduresComfortable working in a fast-paced production environmentWillingness to learn technical processes, including colour matching and ink systemsStrong communication and teamwork skillsPractical and hands-on approach, with the ability to stand for long periods and handle materials safelyReliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards The Details: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am 5:30pmBased in WitneyLong-term, temporary-to-permanent opportunity£13.41 per hourPaid overtime available, including up to double ..... full job details .....
