As-the-Print-&-Production-Operations-Manager,-you-will-oversee-the-smooth-running-of-the-production-operation,-managing-workflows,-customer-projects,-production-schedules-and-internal-teams-to-ensure-work-is-delivered-efficiently,-accurately-and-to-the-highest-standards.

Working-closely-with-the-business-owner,-the-successful-candidate-will-play-a-key-role-in-improving-operational-performance,-supporting-growth-and-ensuring-customers-receive-an-excellent-service-from-initial-enquiry-through-to-project-completion.

Key-Responsibilities-as-a-Print-&-Production-Operations-Manager:

• Oversee-the-day-to-day-running-of-the-production-and-office-operation.
• Manage-production-schedules,-workflow-and-resource-allocation-to-ensure-projects-are-completed-on-time.
• Review-customer-requirements-and-prepare-accurate-quotations.
• Manage-customer-accounts-and-build-strong,-long-term-relationships.
• Coordinate-installation-teams-and-ensure-projects-are-delivered-smoothly.
• Monitor-workloads,-deadlines-and-priorities-across-the-business.
• Lead,-motivate-and-support-production-and-office-teams.
• Ensure-high-standards-of-quality,-accuracy-and-customer-service-are-maintained.
• Identify-opportunities-to-improve-processes,-efficiency-and-productivity.
• Resolve-operational-challenges-and-implement-practical-solutions.
• Support-the-planning-and-delivery-of-multiple-customer-projects.
• Work-closely-with-suppliers,-customers-and-internal-teams-to-ensure-successful-project-completion.
• Assist-the-business-owner-in-driving-continued-growth-and-operational-improvements.

The-Ideal-Candidate:

The-successful-Print-&-Production-Operations-Manager-will-ideally-have-previous-experience-within-a-print,-signage,-graphics,-manufacturing,-production-or-similar-environment.You-will-have:

Previous-management-or-supervisory-experience-within-a-production-led-environment.

Strong-understanding-of-print-production-processes,-workflow-management-and-operational-delivery.

Experience-managing-multiple-projects,-deadlines-and-priorities.

Salary-&-Benefits:
