This is a pivotal leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape the future of both branches, whilst driving operational excellence, commercial performance and exceptional care standards.You will divide your time between both Northampton and Coventry offices, supporting the established teams and looking to grow the hours of care per week. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide operational leadership across two domiciliary care branches.Drive sustainable business growth through networking, relationship building and commercial development.Support recruitment, retention and development of office and care teams.Ensure outstanding compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards.Monitor budgets, financial performance and branch profitability.Work closely with senior leadership to deliver business objectives.Promote a positive culture focused on exceptional client care and employee engagement.Identify opportunities to increase private care hours and expand the client base. The Ideal CandidatePrevious management experience within private domiciliary care.Proven track record of growing a care service commercially.Strong understanding of budgeting, financial performance and operational management.Excellent knowledge of CQC ..... full job details .....
