Principal Property Surveyor - Cambridge
Salary: -45,718 - -50,788 per annum (plus benefits)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37 hours per week)

We''re looking for an experienced and commercially-minded qualified surveyor to take the lead in managing a diverse and high-profile commercial property portfolio. The Role
As Principal Property Surveyor, you will:

• 
  Manage the day-to-day operations of a varied commercial portfolio.
• 
  Lead on lease negotiations, rent reviews, renewals, and restructures.
• 
  Drive asset performance and maximise income potential.
• 
  Support acquisitions, disposals, and valuations.
• 
  Line-manage and mentor junior surveyors.
• 
  Play a key role in shaping long-term asset management strategies.

What We''re Looking For

• 
  MRICS-qualified with proven experience managing commercial property portfolios.
• 
  Strong expertise in landlord & tenant matters, valuation, and asset planning.
• 
  Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex advice clearly.
• 
  A track record of managing people, budgets, and workloads effectively.
• 
  Commercial acumen balanced with strong public service values.
• 
  A full driving licence or the ability to travel to sites as needed.
