A Little More About Your Role…As a Principal Risk Consultant / Manager, you will be able to:

Deliver risk consulting assignments profitably with positive feedback.

Lead and manage small consulting assignments when necessary.

Contribute to the development of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Manage effective risk management services on projects and workstreams, drawing on minimal input from senior staff.

Lead the development and presentation of client risk management deliverables, engaging with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.

Support project leaders in delivering successful projects.

Coach junior team members.

Develop and expand WSP''s Risk Management service offering.

Share knowledge and best practices.

Build professional networks to support business development.

Qualifications and Experience

Expertise in project, programme, and business risk management facilitation.

Experience with risk models using ARM, Primavera Risk Analyser, Safran Risk, Predict, Xactium, etc.

Ability to explain risk assessment results to non-specialists.

Knowledge of risk management techniques and project control processes.

Degree or qualification in risk management or equivalent experience.

Membership of IRM or APM Risk Practitioner preferred.

Previous line management and consultancy experience a plus.
