Successful record working as a Health and Safety / Fire Risk ConsultantExperience within a well-established consultancyExperience undertaking Fire Risk Assessments on high rise and sleeping accommodation premisesMust hold the NEBOSH General and Fire Risk Assessing qualifications as a minimumBeneficial to hold the CMIOSH, IFE and / or IOSHExcellent technical knowledgeStrong client-facing experienceGood level of literacy, numeracy and IT skillsThe Role

Attending client sites to perform Health and Safety / Fire Risk AssessmentsProducing site-specific reports, complete with any accompanying plans / schematicsReviewing current safety plans to ensure compliance, and making recommendations as requiredBeing a key point of contact for clients, answering technical queries and making recommendationsLiaising directly with clients to manage appointmentsTraveling to client sitesMaintaining own technical knowledge, keeping up to date with industry changesLeading training sessions for clientsFostering strong working relationships with clientsAlternative Job titles:
