Leading and mentoringProviding technical support to the teamEngaging with engineers to assist in the design of MEP systems and their design in detailDeveloping complex models considering basic engineering principlesCollaborating with internal Engineers and external Design team members to create coordinated MEP modelsDetailed understanding of BIM and what its process involvesKnowledge and application of relevant standards such as ISO19650Work in accordance with company processesCreating detailed MEP drawings From RIBA Stage 2 through to Stage 4Collaborating with engineers and external design team members to create clash free models relevant to the design stageExperience and Qualifications

Vast Experience of using Autodesk Revit for MEP. With the ability to work autonomously in the softwareExperience of working to project specific BEP’sKnowledge of utilising the BIM processExcellent communication skills, with the ability to query design and provide constructive comments to both internal team members and external design team members at meetingsExcellent organisational skillsThe ability to manage and prioritise own workload to meet deadlinesUsing Navisworks or Solibri to run automated Clash detectionExperience of working to BSRIA BG/6We are unable to accept applications from anyone who requires sponsorship to live and work in the UK now or in the future.At Method Consulting we offer a benefits package designed to provide an excellent work/life balance.
