Ridge and Partners LLP .We are looking for a skilled and detail-driven BSE Revit Technician to lead the production and coordination of BIM models across multidisciplinary design teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and document control, who can ensure high standards of accuracy and consistency throughout the design and delivery process.Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation and coordination of 2D drawings and 3D BIM models.Develop and maintain CAD/BIM standards, templates, and protocols.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and external consultants to ensure model consistency.Manage drawing registers, file naming conventions, and version control systems.Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or similar tools.Provide guidance and support to junior technicians and modelers.Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 19650 and project-specific requirements.Revit-Specific DutiesCreate and manage Revit families, templates, and content libraries.Set up and maintain Revit models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.Conduct model audits and quality assurance checks to maintain performance and data integrity.Coordinate linked Revit models and manage worksets and collaboration workflows.Produce schedules, sheets, and views directly from Revit models.Integrate Revit models with platforms such as IFC, COBie, and Dynamo.Support automation and scripting tasks using Dynamo or the Revit API where applicable.Document Control and Project CoordinationMaintain drawing issue sheets to track revisions, approvals, and distribution.Ensure all documentation aligns with project milestones and delivery requirements.Candidate Profile

Proven experience in Revit and AutoCAD within a building services environment.Strong understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.Familiarity with ISO 19650 and other relevant BIM standards.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Job Details
