Build and lead a complete 360 desk: identify new business opportunities globally, pitch and win clients, negotiate terms, and fulfil recruitment needsEstablish yourself as a market expert by building strong relationships with both clients and candidatesEnhance your personal brand through content, networking, and presence across our platformsImplement a strategic approach to business development using both candidate-led and client-led techniquesRequirements: What we are looking for
2 years of experience and a proven track record in a 360 recruitment roleStrong business development skills with the ability to win and grow accountsHighly motivated and financially drivenExceptional interpersonal and communication skills – confident in managing senior stakeholder relationshipsSelf-sufficient, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to lead and growA strong desire to progress within a high-performance environmentSome of our other perks
