Reporting directly into a Managing Consultant, you will play a pivotal part in the resourcing of candidates for our clients and the development of new client relationships. You will continue to develop your network of candidates within your specialist vertical market and continually keeping up to date with current trends. You will think outside of the box for sourcing strategies and utilise all internal tech provided to maximise efficiency.There is excellent opportunity to develop your mentoring and leadership skills as you will begin to support junior colleagues with their day to day recruitment and deliver training sessions. You will work alongside internal Account Managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process from beginning to end for roles that you are delivering on.Key Responsibilities

Development of accounts into key accountsSearching for suitable IT candidates who match our clients’ requirementsHeadhunting and networking on sites such as LinkedIn / GitHub / Stack OverflowWriting and posting job advertsTelephone interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for specific rolesArranging interviews for candidates and liaising with them during this timeMaking job offers to suitable candidates and handling rejectionsTaking references / collating relevant supporting documentsBuilding relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipelineUse social media to create a personal brandKeep up to date with trends within the Tech industryBuilding relationships with existing and future clientsUtilise internal tech such as SourceWhale, LinkedHelper and PaigerEnsure all data is accurately recorded on CRMAttending meetings with clients to explore potential opportunitiesNegotiating fees and terms of engagementKey Skills and Capabilities

Outstanding communicational skills with the ability to adapt language to different audiencesAbility to build long—lasting professional relationshipsAbility to handle difficult conversationsExcellent analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail; well organisedProactive and independent thinkerStrong presentation skills with the ability to convey key messages to diverse and wide audiencesExceptional Stakeholder Engagement skillsExperience working to targets, and good billing historyExperience using the telephone in a professional environment is essentialGood understanding of recruitment in the Leeds market is desirableExperience within Tech Recruitment on a 360 basis is essentialBenefits
