What You Will Be Doing
BrainLifts: Develop and maintain a comprehensive repository of profound insights gathered from your domain and customer expertise, aligning your team, AI models, and decision-making processes.
OODA Loops: Lead data-driven product iteration cycles focusing on the Most Important Problem, delivering significant changes within a week, and measuring success with clear metrics.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Managing product roadmaps or determining what or how to build features.
Engaging in solution-first product management; instead, you''ll start by becoming a domain expert and understanding user needs.
Spending extended time developing new features, as our goal is to release new features weekly.
Creating technical solutions or defining software architecture.
Basic Requirements
A minimum of four years in a product leadership position, with a track record of shaping product vision and owning core problem-solution hypotheses.
Experience in launching at least one successful product from inception to reaching real users, achieving a minimum of $1 million in revenue.
Professional experience incorporating AI into daily workflow, such as research, analysis, synthesis, or strategic planning.

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
