Own the strategic roadmap for our core data foundations and BAU data products (e.g., RMP, Pollpass, Chronicle, Export Manager, Autocoding).Ensure data products are reliable, scalable, and commercially impactful, while freeing up other team members to focus on innovation and analytics.Report to the Director of Data product and work closely with the CPO and senior engineering leadership.Adapt to a high-tempo, change-driven environment as the company grows.What do I need to bring with me?

You’ll need to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don’t have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. Here’s what the team will be looking for:Strong strategic product leadership skills but can also operate close to delivery.Ability to balance long-term transformation projects (modernising infrastructure, improving scalability, implementing governance) with short-term BAU delivery.Confidence to lead cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, research, and commercial stakeholders.Attitude and values: think big to make an impact, ask why to find a better way, and show respect to everyone, at every level, all the time.Interview steps
