Carrington West are delighted to be assisting this Essex based Local Authority client with their search for an experienced Principal DM Planning Officer to join their Strategic Majors Team. This is a key role for an experienced planner who can work independently on large, complex applications and confidently present at committee and appeals.
 
Key requirements:
 
·Strong experience managing complex major planning applications
·Able to work with minimal supervision
·Confident presenting at committee and handling appeals
