Provide advisory support on a wide range of casework for Senior Officers in a public sector or similarly complex environment.Contribute to the ongoing development of the shared HR service across two neighbouring Local Authorities.Support delivery of excellent HR services to the Councils and communities, with a focus on employee relations or engagement depending on the post.Qualifications
CIPD Qualified to Level 5 or above or able to demonstrate equivalent vocational experience.Previous experience advising and working with Senior Officers on casework in a public sector or similarly complex environment.Additional information
