Due to recent growth and internal changes, they’re now seeking a confident and experienced Principal Designer and CDM Advisor to join their London team. This role offers the chance to work on varied and high-profile projects and contribute to the development of a forward-thinking business.Responsibilities:

Deliver CDM consultancy services in line with CDM 2015 regulations across various construction projects.Conduct site inspections and advise clients on health and safety compliance throughout all RIBA stages.Review designs and compile health and safety files to ensure regulatory compliance.Support internal teams with audits, risk assessments, and method statements.Manage own projects and contribute to financial oversight and reporting.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technical staff.Requirements:

Substantial experience in PD/CDM roles within the construction industry.A NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate (minimum) and ideally working towards Chartered status.Strong organisational and client-facing communication skills.A professional, confident demeanour with the ability to work independently.Proven ability to meet fee targets and deliver high-quality consultancy services.A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous ..... full job details .....
