The role You''ll set and lead the technical direction of large-scale data platforms on mission-critical programmes working alongside senior stakeholders, engineers and delivery teams. Not advisory. You stay close to delivery and shape how platforms get built, deployed and used. What you''ll do - Own enterprise data architecture across secure programmes- Design end-to-end platforms ingestion through to analytics and operational use- Build secure, scalable architectures for highly classified environments- Turn complex mission requirements into things that ship- Lead engineering teams through implementation- Shape long-term architectural strategy and capability The environment AWS, Azure, GCP Databricks, Snowflake lake, lakehouse and modern warehouse patterns distributed processing DevOps, IaC, secure deployment governance, access control, analytics enablement What we need - Active DV clearance- Track record delivering enterprise-scale data platforms- Defence, national security or secure government ..... full job details .....
