This is a brand-new role within the business, reporting into the Group Data Director. As Data Architect, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the group data architecture strategy that underpins BI and self-service analytics capabilities across all operating units. You will establish the technical vision, standards, and frameworks that ensure data solutions are scalable, secure, and fit for a large, complex, multi-country organisation.Working closely with Lead BI Engineers, BI Developers, and senior stakeholders, you will serve as the technical authority on all matters of data architecture, balancing architectural excellence with practical delivery, and playing a critical role in evaluating and adopting new technologies.We are looking for:Solid experience in data architecture, with a track record of designing and delivering enterprise-scale data solutionsProficiency in data modelling techniques (eg dimensional modelling, data vault, medallion architecture) and strong SQL skillsExperience with cloud data platforms, particularly AWS, as well as platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake; exposure to Azure or GCP is beneficialA ..... full job details .....
