Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support across a range of age groups
• Promote learning objectives and pupil enngagemennt at all times
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment
• Provide feedback to teachers and school leadership on student progress
• Adapt teaching methods to cater to the needs of individual students

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working in a support role in a primary school
• SEND support experience
• Ability to be flexible, reliable, and work independently
• The ability to engage and inspire students
