What you''ll do:

• Assist teachers with lessons and classroom activities.

• Support pupils individually and in small groups.

• Encourage positive behaviour and social development.

• Help maintain a welcoming and inclusive classroom.

• Support children with additional learning needs where appropriate.

What we''re looking for:

• Previous experience working with children is beneficial.

• A patient, calm and encouraging manner.

• Good communication and organisational skills.

• A willingness to work as part of a school team.
