Due to the nature of our provision these pupils are working at EYFS/KS1 level - it would therefore be highly advantageous if you have existing knowledge, experience and/or awareness around the Eary Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. For example, phonics, number bonds, classroom layout and learning through play. Prior experience working within SEND, SEMH or speech and language is desirable.The appointed candidate will predominantly work with our younger children with key responsibilities to include creating a learning culture and experience for pupils who find it a challenge to engage with a full programme of onsite learning, and to work with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis to reengage them with onsite learning.
