Primary Teaching Assistant (Full-time, Temporary)Chester-le-Street, DH2£440 £460 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)January 2026 July 2026The School and RoleA Primary School in Chester-le-Street (DH2 area) is currently seeking a Primary Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time basis from January 2026. The role of the Primary Teaching Assistant will be working across Nursery and Year 3 classes to provide general support to pupils. Someone will experience of working across this area of the Primary age phase would be desired. This is a 1.5 form entry Primary School, where staff work together to ensure all pupils have access to meaningful learning opportunities.
