Experienced Primary Teaching Assistant Whalley Range, South Manchester Long-Term Roles Full-Time £95-£115 per day, depending on experience and role Are you an experienced Primary Teaching Assistant looking for a long-term role where you can become an established part of a school team and make a real contribution to pupil progress? Aspire People is recruiting experienced Primary Teaching Assistants to work within Primary Schools in Whalley Range, South Manchester on a long-term basis. For these particular opportunities, we''re looking for Teaching Assistants who already have recent Primary school experience and understand the expectations of working within a busy classroom. You''ll be able to hit the ground running, work effectively alongside the class teacher and confidently support teaching and learning from day one. Who are we looking for? You''ll have experience working within EYFS, Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 and a good understanding of how an effective Teaching Assistant can contribute to both individual pupil progress and the wider classroom. You''ll ideally have experience of: Supporting teaching and learning within a Primary classroom. Working alongside the class teacher to help drive pupil progress. Supporting pupils across phonics, reading, writing and maths. Working with individuals and small groups who require additional support.
