Primary Teacher – Bledlow

Location: Bledlow, Buckinghamshire
Contract: Full-time & Part-time opportunities available
Salary: £34,398 – £52,490 per annum (MPS/UPS, pro rata for part-time)
Start Date: September 2026 (or sooner by agreement)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in a supportive school environment? We are delighted to be working with a friendly and forward-thinking primary school in Bledlow, seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis.

This role is ideal for a committed teacher who is eager to inspire young learners and make a genuine impact across the primary age range.

About the Role

You will deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the primary curriculum, creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom where all pupils feel valued and supported. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to plan creative lessons that develop pupils’ academic, social, and emotional skills while fostering a lifelong love of learning.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be a creative and reflective practitioner with strong classroom practice
• Demonstrate a nurturing and positive approach to behaviour management
• Have high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to pupil progress
• Show passion for supporting children’s wellbeing and development
• Be an effective communicator with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Hold QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
• ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
