Primary Teacher – Hayes – September 2026 (Paid to Scale)

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Primary Teacher to join welcoming and inclusive primary schools in the Hayes area from September 2026. This full-time Primary Teacher role is paid to scale and is open to both ECTs and experienced teachers. The school is known for its inclusive ethos, strong leadership, and commitment to supporting every child’s academic and personal development through a collaborative staff team.

The ideal Primary Teacher will have recent classroom experience across Key Stages 1 or 2 and a passion for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons. This Primary Teacher role requires a strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective behaviour management strategies. You must hold QTS or PGCE to be considered for this Primary Teacher position.
