About the School:

Supply Desk are currently recruiting on the behalf of a Primary School in Fareham who are looking to recruit a Primary Class Teacher to start ASAP. andnbsp;This is a long- term position where you will be teaching in a Primary school that was graded andldquo;Goodandrdquo; in all areas in their latest Ofsted inspection. The school prioritise the emotional well-being of their students and believe in a collaborative approach with parents and carers. With a welcoming and supportive staff, this school has an excellent environment for both students and educators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support progress in reading, writing and maths
• Creating a calm, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where all children feel safe, seen and supported
• Working closely with your year group team to share ideas, resources and strategies
• Assessing pupilsandrsquo; progress and adapting your teaching to meet individual needs
• Communicating regularly with parents and carers to celebrate achievements and address concerns
• Contributing to the wider life of the school, from assemblies and enrichment activities to curriculum development

Qualifications andamp; Skills:

• A qualified teacher (QTS essential) with experience in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
• A calm, consistent classroom presence, able to create a secure and stimulating environment
• Strong understanding of early reading, phonics, writing and maths
• Someone who believes that relationships, routines and kindness underpin every great lesson
• A team player with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to contribute to the wider school community
