Primary Teacher Specialist SEMH Provision Are you a passionate Primary Teacher looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference to the lives of young people? We are seeking an outstanding Primary qualified teacher to join a specialist nurture provision within a secondary school. This is a unique opportunity to work with students aged who have complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a highly therapeutic, relationship-based environment. This is not a traditional secondary teaching role. The school are intentionally seeking a Primary-trained teacher who is confident delivering a broad, highly differentiated curriculum while placing equal importance on emotional wellbeing, behaviour regulation and student engagement. The Role Working within a specialist nurture provision, you will support students through a flexible, personalised approach to learning. You will build strong, trusting relationships, helping young people overcome barriers to education while delivering engaging learning experiences tailored to individual needs. The provision supports a mixed-age cohort from Year 8 through to Post-16 (ages ). Students are working across a wide range of academic levels rather than following a single key stage curriculum, making the ability to adapt teaching to individual needs essential.
