Education Matters is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Primary Teachers to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Redbourn, St Albans from September 2026.

We are looking for passionate teachers who can inspire, motivate, and engage pupils while creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Whether you''re an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we''d love to hear from you.

The Role as a Primary Teacher (KS1/KS2), you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Assess, monitor, and support pupils'' academic and personal progress.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
• Promote high standards of teaching, learning, behaviour, and safeguarding.

The Ideal Candidate To be considered, you will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 within UK primary schools (placements welcomed for ECTs).
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A genuine passion for education and helping children reach their full potential.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
