Supply Desk are seeking committed Primary Supply Teachers to join our Swale primary schools for day-to-day or longer term supply contracts, and make a positive impact on the lives of children in Swale.

Duties:

• Educate and support children across the key stages in a classroom setting.
• Provide individualised support and guidance to children andndash; taking into consideration all needs and abilities.
• Utilise special education techniques and resources a to enhance learning outcomes.
• Mentor and encourage students to reach their full potential.
• Incorporate creative activities into lesson plans.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience of teaching in a primary school setting.
• Special education background or training is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children.
• Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual childrenandrsquo;s needs.
• Passion for mentoring and supporting young learners.
• QTS
• Enhanced, clear DBS or willingness to obtain one
