Supply Desk are currently seeking reliable and flexible daily supply teachers to support a variety of primary schools across Swale, including Sittingbourne, Isle of Sheppey, and Faversham. We are looking for dedicated professionals who can adapt to different school environments, from small one-form entry village schools to larger centrally located schools, some very rural and others conveniently close to train stations. If you are open to working across a range of schools and want to be the first port of call when they require regular cover across key stages, weandrsquo;d love to hear from you!

About the Role:

As a daily supply teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition for students when their regular teacher is absent. You will bring enthusiasm, adaptability, and strong classroom management skills to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across all primary key stages.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Inspire and encourage students to develop their knowledge, skills, and confidence.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain strong classroom management for a productive learning atmosphere.
• Build positive relationships with school staff, students, and their families.
• Work collaboratively with school teams to ensure seamless lesson continuity.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with primary school experience or secondary-trained with prior primary placements.
• Be calm, passionate, and engaging in the classroom.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills.
• Be adaptable and flexible, thriving in different school settings.
• Have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
• Be committed to making a positive impact on students'' learning and well-being.
