Primary SEN Teacher - ShirebrookTradewind Recruitment 160- 232 per dayTradewind Recruitment is seeking a Primary SEN Teacher to work within a specialist setting in Shirebrook, part of a well-established Multi-Academy Trust (MAT).This role would suit a confident, resilient teacher who is comfortable working with pupils with high behavioural needs and understands the demands of a specialist SEN environment.The RoleDeliver engaging, differentiated lessons within a primary SEN classroom.Support pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours.Manage behaviour effectively, maintaining clear boundaries and consistent routines.Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs.Work alongside a team of Teaching Assistants providing support throughout the classroom.Promote pupils'' engagement, development and independence.Please note: This is a demanding role. The class has high behavioural needs, so the successful candidate must be confident managing challenging situations, maintaining a calm approach and adapting to an unpredictable classroom environment.
