About the Role:As a KS2 Teacher, you will plan and deliver creative lessons that challenge and motivate pupils in Key Stage 2. You''ll create a positive and stimulating classroom environment where children feel valued, supported, and inspired to learn. The role involves working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality education that promotes both academic and personal growth. Key Responsibilities:Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment.Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.Uphold school policies on behaviour, safeguarding, and equality. Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.Strong classroom management and organisational skills.A creative, enthusiastic, and reflective approach to teaching.Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
