Primary School Teacher

Role Overview As a KS1 Class Teacher, you will plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all pupils. You will provide targeted support, foster a positive classroom culture, and help children develop academically, socially, and emotionally. You will work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure every child reaches their full potential.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for KS1 pupils in line with the school curriculum.Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and reporting to parents and leadership.Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning, promoting a positive classroom culture.Differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to school improvement.Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support pupil development.Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.Person Specification - Successful Candidate Will Have:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in KS1.Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.Creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to inclusive education.A reflective and collaborative approach, contributing to the school''s ethos and development.We Offer:A welcoming and supportive primary school community ..... full job details .....
