Empowering learning are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist SEND school in Oxfordshire for an experienced Primary School Teacher to join their dedicated and supportive team on a part-time basis, working 2 days per week.This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a nurturing and inclusive environment supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The school offers small class sizes and a highly supportive staffing team, allowing teachers to provide tailored learning and individual support to every pupil.About the RoleAs a Primary SEND Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that support both the academic and personal development of pupils.You will:Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needsCreate a calm, safe, and inclusive classroom environmentSupport pupils with a range of SEND needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional needsWork closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and wider pastoral teamsAdapt teaching strategies to support different learning styles and abilitiesEncourage pupil confidence, independence, and positive engagement with learningMonitor and track pupil progress effectivelyWho We''re Looking ForWe would love to hear from you if you:Hold QTS and have previous experience teaching within a primary settingHave experience working with pupils with SEND needsAre patient, nurturing, and ..... full job details .....
