• Be a qualified teacher with QTS.
• Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2 or be an outstanding Early Career Teacher.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom practice and strong subject knowledge.
• Have high expectations of achievement, behaviour and inclusion.
• Be committed to raising standards and improving outcomes for all pupils.
