The Role

As a Class Teacher, you will create a positive and engaging learning environment where every pupil can thrive. You will deliver high-quality lessons, inspire a love of learning, and support pupils to achieve their full potential while working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Assessing, monitoring, and supporting pupil progress.
• Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
• Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, colleagues, and parents to support pupil development.
• Contributing positively to the wider school community.

What We''re Looking For

We''re looking for teachers who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are due to achieve QTS before September.
• Have experience teaching in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Are committed to delivering engaging, high-quality teaching.
• Have a positive, proactive, and professional approach to education.
