About the role
As a Supply Class Teacher, you''ll take responsibility for planning and delivering engaging lessons, managing the classroom, and supporting pupils progress in line with the school''s curriculum and policies. Depending on the placement, this could include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons or your own planning for longer-term bookings
• Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
• Supporting pupils academic, social, and emotional development
• Working closely with teaching assistants and other school staff
• Adapting quickly to different school environments and routines

What we''re looking for

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 (please let us know your preference or areas of strength)
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with pupils quickly
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different schools
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
