Due to ongoing expansion and strategic development, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pricing Manager. This role will support commercial teams across a diverse product offering, influencing significant revenue streams and driving optimal pricing strategies.Your Roles and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this role your duties may include but are not limited to:Leading and developing the team, setting clear performance standards and supporting ongoing professional developmentConducting regular one-to-one meetings to monitor progress, provide feedback, and ensure team engagement and motivationBuilding strong, strategic relationships with Sales and Business Units to gain deep customer insight and identify opportunities to enhance deal valueSupporting and contributing to high-value, complex commercial deals, often exceeding £10m annually, providing clear and concise pricing recommendationsManaging the end-to-end customer-specific deal process, ensuring value is maximised and aligned with wider business objectivesAllocating and balancing team workload effectively, anticipating demand peaks and ensuring delivery ..... full job details .....
