Pricing andamp; Customer Analytics Manager - Retail - 3 months - £560p/d (Inside of IR35) Duration: 3 months (Initial) Location: Shepherd''s Bush (4 Days p.w) Rate: £560p/d (Inside of IR35) Leading multi-store retailer is seeking a Pricing Analytics Manager to support key pricing, customer insight and commercial analytics initiatives across multiple territories. This is a hands-on role focused on pricing optimisation, customer behaviour analytics and delivering actionable commercial insight in a complex, data-rich environment. Key experience required: Experience in entertainment, hospitality or retail (strong B2C focus) Hands-on approach, comfortable working within ERP and pricing tools Strong SQL (essential) Power BI/Tableau (essential) Python (nice to have) Key projects: Evaluation of B2B partner programmes and subscription schemes using customer cohorts, incrementality and profitability metrics Delivery of site reporting dashboards across all territories (Power BI, data pipelines and data modelling) Advising territories on optimal site pricing, integrating multiple data sources, customer sentiment and commercial judgement Supporting personalised offers, segmentation and PCA frameworks, including campaign and dashboard development If you''re an experienced Pricing Analytics specialist looking for an exciting opportunity with one of the UK''s leading retail clients, please apply. ..... full job details .....
