Preschool Room Leader (Montessori Qualified)

Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a reputable nursery in Eastcote.We are looking for an experienced Preschool Room Leader with a Montessori qualification to lead a dynamic and passionate team in the preschool room.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead and support the preschool team in daily operations• Plan and deliver Montessori activities in line with EYFS• Ensure a high standard of learning, development, and care• Foster strong relationships with parents and colleagues

Requirements:• Montessori qualification (essential)• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification• Previous leadership experience in a nursery setting• In-depth understanding of EYFS and Montessori practice
