Responsibilities

Manage and supervise children in a nursery setting

Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supporting nursery staff

Drive the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum

Be passionate about providing a safe and stimulating environment for children

Support children''s learning and development through play and structured activities

Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues

Demonstrate a caring and nurturing approach towards children

Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children

To ensure good standards of hygiene and safety standards appropriate for the needs of young children

Qualifications

Minimum Level 3 Early Years (UK equivalent) Qualification

Minimum 1 year Nursery Experience

Experience in working with children aged 2-5

Thorough understanding of the EYFS and all statutory requirements
