Preschool Early Years Educator Level

Overview

We are looking for an Early Years Educator who can:Work with a committed Preschool team, who put the child at the heart of all they do.Work under direction from the Preschool Leader but also take initiative.Maintain a calm influence and approach and work flexibly and responsively to the needs of the children.Motivate and support children by example and with good humour.Contribute to the preschool planning schedule with exciting and challenging age-appropriate activities.Carry out observations of up to 8 key children, and keep accurate records in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.Provide parents with regular feedback on their child\''s progression using an online journal system.Build positive relationships with all members of the school community.About the setting and approach
