Role: Premises ManagerSite: Primary SchoolLocation: Southwark (very close to Elephant and Castle, Bermondsey, Rotherhithe)Salary: 27k - 29k depending on experienceHours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 7am - 6pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)Contract: Temp to Perm after 1 full academic year SANZA Teaching Agency are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Premises Manager to work across 2 sites in Elephant and Castle (Tower Bridge) and Rotherhithe (Canada Water). You will be in charge of opening the school at the site in Rotherhithe Monday to Friday with a varied timetable depending on the needs of the school sites. As a premises manager you will be required to:Ensuring all school building and grounds are cleaned to a good standard.Maintaining school buildings, grounds and utilities and ensuring that any repairs are properly carried outCarrying out regular inspections of the school to identify any repairs or maintenance that may be required Managing and supervising a team of cleaning staff Responding promptly to any reported issues and taking the necessary actions to resolve them Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations e.g. appropriate signs are displayed, no hazards, ensuring first aid supplies are maintainedEnsuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repairs Ensuring that the school premises are secure at ..... full job details .....
