Premises ManagerLocation: BexleyPosition: Full TimeStart Date: September 2025 or ASAPAcademics are working with an excellent and friendly Primary school based Bexley that is looking for a committed, motivated, and hardworking Premises Manager to join their site team immediately.Key Responsibilities:Completing general maintenance duties.Performing minor repairs and refurbishments.Handling porterage and basic DIY tasks.Ensuring the health and safety of the school premises.Responsible for opening/closing the site. Requirements:Previous site/premises experience required.School experience is an advantage but not essential.Must have a fully Enhanced DBS.General maintenance experience.Reliability and a strong work ethic.The ideal applicant must be able to manage the workload efficiently and prioritize tasks to maintain a safe and secure environment for the school community.
