Pre-School Room Leader

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Pre-School Room Leader to join a well-established private nursery in Westminster. This is a full-time leadership position within a high-quality Early Years setting and is ideal for an experienced Level 3 practitioner who is passionate about leading a pre-school room and delivering outstanding EYFS provision. The nursery offers excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression within a supportive and child-centred environment. You will be: Leading the day-to-day practice within the pre-school room and ensuring high-quality teaching and learning Managing, mentoring, and supporting practitioners within the room Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework Acting as a key person and building strong relationships with children and their families Monitoring children''s progress through observations, assessments, and next-step planning Promoting safeguarding, health and safety, and maintaining full compliance with EYFS requirements Working closely with parents, carers, and external professionals to support children''s individual needs Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery and contributing to continuous quality improvement The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification and have previous experience working within a pre-school room, ideally in a Room Leader or senior practitioner role.
