Then hand over a project that''s ready to deliver.We''re recruiting a Pre-Construction Commercial Manager for a successful and growing business specialising in high-quality commercial interior fit-out.This isn''t a role managing the commercial side of live construction projects.Instead, you''ll take ownership of the commercial pre-construction process, working on opportunities from tender receipt through pricing, procurement and commercial assessment before handing a robust, properly bought project across to the delivery team.It''s a great opportunity for an experienced pre-construction professional or a commercially strong Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager who wants to move into a broader pre-construction role.The RoleYou''ll be involved from the point an opportunity lands, taking responsibility for:Managing the pre-construction process from tender through to project handoverReviewing tender documentation, drawings and specificationsPricing and commercially assessing opportunitiesProcuring subcontractor, supplier and specialist packagesObtaining, analysing and negotiating quotationsBuilding and maintaining strong supply-chain relationshipsPreparing tender submissions and commercial assessmentsProducing client valuations where requiredIdentifying commercial risks and opportunitiesDeveloping value-engineering optionsPreparing procurement schedules aligned ..... full job details .....
