This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and account management experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional level of support.You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for enquiries, quotations, and service requests while working closely with internal departments to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are met.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and requests.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a consistently high level of service.Manage customer accounts and support the delivery of services in line with agreed timescales.Work closely with operational teams to coordinate workflow and meet customer deadlines.Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.Prepare, review and issue quotations and related documentation accurately.Liaise with external suppliers where required to source cost-effective and efficient ..... full job details .....
