Healthii People is seeking an experienced and compassionate GP Practice Nurse to join a friendly and supportive GP surgery located in Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated nurse with primary care experience to provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a well-established practice.Key Responsibilities

Chronic disease management (Diabetes, COPD, Asthma)Routine and child immunisationsCervical cytology (smear tests)Wound care and dressingsTravel vaccinationsEar irrigationHealth promotion and wellbeing programmesParticipation in clinical auditsAdherence to Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF)Delivering Locally Commissioned Services and Direct Enhanced ServicesWhat’s on Offer

Essential:Registered Nurse (NMC)Experience working in primary careSkilled in chronic disease managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong IT skills (SystemOne desirable)Desirable:Previous GP Practice Nurse experienceNon-medical prescriber qualificationExperience in clinical audit and risk managementPersonal Qualities
